FSO Console is in beta. Beta licenses are free; you still create an account, sign the agreement, and receive a personal Authorization Code. Each company (CAGE) gets one free 30-day beta and can add as many users as it needs during it. Beta codes don't renew automatically; the prices and renewal terms below apply to paid subscriptions.

- One license per user, bound to that user's email and CAGE.
- One shared company instance per CAGE.
- Full data export always included.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Your instance picks up each renewed code on its own, so nobody re-enters codes every month. Prefer no outbound connection? Turn the check off and paste renewed codes by hand.
- Cancel any time from your order page. To stop the next renewal, cancel at least 30 days before an annual end date, or 5 days before the end of the month for month-to-month. We email a renewal notice before each renewal (60 days ahead for annual).
- If you cancel or a payment fails, access continues to the end of the paid period, then 7 days read-only. After that you place a new order to continue. Your data and export are never affected.
During beta no payment is collected. Each user's license is issued after that user signs the agreement.
